Thanks for visiting my blog! I created this blog to be able to put my story ideas down somewhere where I could share them with my friends and family. If you're here because I sent you here, thanks!!! I love it when people read my blog!
Some things you should know; I love writing but I'm just a novice which means I'm not that good. Also I'm really bad at updating, but I'm slightly better if I think someone's actually reading my blog. But the thing I'm worst at is finishing.
Thanks for reading anyway. Please leave comments. And if you want me to continue any story leave a comment or message me on Facebook or email me.
Thanks,
Ashley

Maybe I should start from the beginning. I use to be as shallow as a puddle. My life was like the plush sofa made of goose feathers in my old living room. My father had a position in the government and we were quite wealthy. I had no pity for the poor, it was there fault they were poor. My life was simple, meaningless, comfortable, and just the way I liked it.
I was sitting in the gardens when I first saw him. He was walking past the fence his back was straight, his head held high giving me the impression of confidence. He caught my gaze, his green eyes bore anger directed towards me. The scar on his forehead told that he was a criminal, a common law breaker. No wonder he was upset, after all my father was mayor of this pathetic town. He was probably even the one who delivered the justice to this delinquent.
He dropped his gaze and encouraged the girl he was with to continue. I would have never seen him again, but something held my interest, a rare event, and I needed to know more. "Wait," I called as I briskly walked over to him.
"What does she want?" the girl asked in a barely audible mumble.
"I don't know. Be polite," he said turning towards me as I reached them.
I opened my mouth but soon realized I had nothing to say. "I'm Victoria. I haven't seen ever seen you two around."
The girl turned around. "That's because we don't spend the whole day behind a fence," she said bitterly.
"That doesn't make any sense," I said.
"Well maybe if you -" she started.
"Scarlet, that's enough. I'm Seff and this is Scarlet," he said. "We're not from around here."
"That explains it," I said cheerfully, but honestly I could tell by their shabby clothes.
"Yeah, and we need to go," Scarlet said as she turned around to leave taking Seff with her.
"Wait," I called out again.
They looked at me and once again I had nothing to say. "It was nice meeting you. I hope we run into each other again."
Seff nodded and turned around. "See," he said to Scarlet, "That wasn't so bad. She was kinda nice."
"Oh please, Seff, all that snobby brat was trying to do is show people how good she was. 'Look at me, I talk to people below me.' Ugh. I can't believe you fell for it," she said.
Seff said something back but they were now out earshot.
